விரிக்காமல் தொகுத்து சொல்லியும், இன்னாச் சொற்களை நீக்கியும், கேட்கும் மாற்றார் மகிழுமாறு;
சுவைப்படச் சொல்லியும், தன் நாட்டிற்கு நன்மை விளைவிப்பனே தூதன்.

Explanation:
A representative of a leader should
- Speak Short
- Remove depressing words
- Speak Sweet
- Ultimately bring vantage to the Company he belongs.

P.S. Though the Kural couplet speak about a King and his Messenger. It holds well in the Globalised Environment.
